Cancellation Policy...

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING FOR CORONA VIRUS REASONS, A CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL NOT BE INCURRED.

Unfortunately in the event of a cancellation and if we cannot re-let the room we will have to make a charge as follows... 

 30 days notice 75% refund 

15 days notice 50% refund 

48 hours notice 25% refund 

Less than 48 hours notice no refund

Damage Policy...

We understand that accidents happen to us all and we take this into account.   

However, we do request that...

All damaged or broken goods are reported straight away for us to discuss whether a charge needs to be made - we hope not!

Any damage or staining to furniture and fabrics is brought to our attention immediately so we can deal with the problem.  Unfortunately,  if we cannot repair any damage or remove staining ourselves, we will have to ask for a suitable contribution when you check out.
